| Don't stress too much about it. Mistakes happen, and I bet that's one mistake you won't make again! Pick up and move right on. Hope you feel better physically soon. At least you now know how rapid reintroduction of sugar affects you, and that might be quite an incentive to avoid sugars. Congrats on your success so far and happy further losing!

| I get ticked off too when I buy the wrong something at the store because they don't make enough of a change to the labels to make it clear. Also.. I hate it when they move things. Sometimes I'm going through the store grabbing things cause I'm so used to where they were! LOL Now THAT is a silly mistake to make. Just move along, nothing to see here, one mistake is no cause for beating oneself up for longer than say... the time it takes you to realize your mistake and promise yourself to never do it again!

| Just make sure you drink enough water to remain hydrated after the bathroom event! And re-entering the soda world after kicking the habit isn't a great idea. I kicked it and an took me about five minutes after a swig to know I was hooked again after nearly a year without any Diet coke or carbonated beverage at all. It took another six months to get that out of my system. Now I'm carbonated beverage free once again!

| I keep sugar free pudding at my friends house for when I get a craving (since I'm usually there after work) and she stocks fat free (because she is brainwashed by her nutritionists that 'Fat is Bad'.. One day I was chowing down on a cup and realized it was really sweet.. Sure enough, I grabbed on of the Fat Free, full of sugar cups.. I got over it, enjoyed my cheat and moved on next meal |
