| One of the symptoms of withdrawl from sugar can be fatique. That can be a good thing in that your body is preparing to go without the foods that you are addicted to. It usually passes in a within the first week... and then you'll be rewarded with a new energetic feeling. It is important to stay with the program and drink lots of water. Exercise will also help to give you more energy.
