| Musu, When I first started out on the diet (almost 3 years ago) I fell off and cheated badly about a month after I began. Like you I felt so so guilty and felt really bad as I had let myself down. However, it made me a lot stronger. I have not cheated since. Dont beat yourself up too much about the cookies, treat it as a learning experience and I am sure you will not do it again. Take Care. | Of course you can. Just jump back on and everything will be fine. Just remember how you are feeling now, when you get tempted to cheat again. Rich

| plz tell me whether i will be able to loose it in 2 months before my sister wedding.One more thing is there our fasting month is coming next month in which we have to fast for 12 hrs.Whether it will affect my weight loss |

| Musu - I don't know about the fasting part - Someone with more experience can give you some advice. But as to the cheating - if you take some low carb snacks with you (a mock danish, some cheese, etc.) then in my experience if you aren't very hungry AND if you have an alternative - it makes it much easier to say no thank you. When someone is eating something in front of me, I just eat what I have as a snack. So - we are still doing it together but I'm not cheating. I hope that can help you next time. As for this time, forget it! It's behind you. Keep going - you already did 3 days! Kacey
