| Nope, sorry... It has 2g of sugar per serving, not to mention that they use two ingredients just to color it. Stick to real cheese. If you're on induction, aim for hard, aged cheeses.

| not allowed and that should be aim for aged cheese softi semi soft or hard are all allowed aged is the key word. stuff like ricotta, yogurt, farmers and ciottage cheese are not allowed until OWL rung 2
