| Hi Angela, It shouldnt last too long. It does sound to me like that "dreaded flu". The best thing you can do to help get over it is just up your water intake. This will help flush it out of your system, but rest assured, when this flu dissapears, you will feel better than you have done in years. All the best. Rich
