| Anything that you would eat for breakfast or dinner is fair game for lunch: Omelettes/frittatas Chops (pork, lamb) Cutletts (chicken, turkey, etc.) Vegetable salads (as opposed to green salads made of lettuce)

| I love cabbage...I fry it up with a few onions, salt and pepper, and red crushed peppers. It only takes a few minutes to prepare. I usually make a whole pan so I can have more veggies for later. Then choose a meat to go with it. I like beef sausages...the ones I get are like 1 carb for 3 ounces, I believe. |

| I love eating tuna salad (tuna from a can (or i use the packets now) mayo and eggs), olives and cheese. Is one of my favorite lunches. They go really well together. Another one of my favorites is what I call cucumber sandwiches. I just cut cucumbers into slices and put cream cheese on one slice and add another slice to that. Yummo! MMMM. It is really good. And not like really heavy on the days you feel like not eating alot. |
