| You can eat them, but scrape off as much of the mustard sauce as possible. And for insurance sake, I would count them as at least 3 net carbs.

| mustard flour is fine it is just ground up mustard ...I ate these on induction ...the ones with mustard sauce but like Megs said I did drain off most of the sauce just in canse... hey if you like sardines here is a good dip that I learned about from a friend who runs a Cambodian market here take a can of sardines in oil and mash them all up with the juice of one lime, a couple of teaspoons minced sweet onion and a minced jalepeno spread this on veggie slices ..I love it on jicama or those tiny Asian eggplants sliced (they are a white and mottled green variety that are no bigger than a golf ball usually) sardines are really good for you ..I love them myself nice breath afterwards!!!! |
