| Congratulations for realizing where you went wrong and for not blaming the WOE and giving up. Most of the carb counters don't figure your net carbs, they figure your total carbs so you may not have really been over. You need to get your carb count and minus the dietary fiber to get your net carbs. www.fitday.com also has a great counter that you can customize. |

| Thank you! All right, to make sure I have this straight, I take the total of the carbs, then subtract the fiber number? As in, 21 carbs - 5 fiber would equal 16 net carbs for the day?
