| I dont count fiber on induction, maybe I should, but I rarely get near 20 gross carbs a day as it is. |

| We don't count fiber in our carb counts because fiber, by definition, is not broken down or absorbed by our bodies. In other words, it passes from one end to the other, unchanged. So count your "net carbs" (total carbs - fiber grams) during your Atkins. That's the way Dr. Atkins wanted us to do it!
