| how did you inches do this week? any new to you foods this week? any new exercise this week? new meds or changes doses in meds? bowles moving okay? any increase in your fiber intake? any or all of that can help scale weight go up

| No exercise this week (working 2 jobs means exercise time is limited, so I've been trying to walk a wee bit extra from the tube/subway one stop early) Im not on any meds, only thing I take is a multi vitamin Had a massive IBS attack yesterday and thats the first one Ive had in almost a month Fibre, eating my veggies going to the toilet once every two days at least, most days I go once a day.. I didnt do inches. Im in my underwear now waiting for Husband to take pictures and Im going to start measuring so that I have a visual and number reminder of me (hopefully) going down the way

| true. I havent had a period though in nearly 5 months since before I got married. But I guess I can still get the water retntion

| if your IBS is acting up then your immune system is inflamed too and you can be retaining water from that

| No period for 5 months? Pregnant? Go get checked..even birth control is not 100%. PCOS...you may start having your period more regular on this diet...at least I did. Depo shot...maybe wearing off and you could be getting your period soon. Did you add a new food that was legal but your body may be reacting to it?

| She stated PCOS in her sig; although simple stress is enough to inhibit menstruation. Don't panic; the gain is probably water retention and will come back off. |
