| Hello & Welcome! Its hard to see actual pictures and realize you don't like what you see. The good news is that we are all here for you. We've all been in the same boat and are working together to change our lifestyles and improve ourselves. The best way to develop a new way of life is to create a plan for yourself to include exercise. If you have your goals and your routine written out, its much easier to work towards them. You'll get lots of motivation from the ADBB, (before/after photos, stories and forums on life/health issues) and join some of the challenges to keep on track. Don't look back at the weight you've gained, instead gear up to get back on the wagon and how wonderful you'll feel and look. You aren't alone. Best wishes
