| WOW!!! You are doing so great!!! Keep it up!!! Lot's of people don't support this WOE for various resons, but all that matters is you support yourself by continuing to lose weight and improve your blood sugar levels. You will feel soooo rejuvinated and when it gets tough, the pro's on this board is all you need!!! WAY TO GO!!!!! |

| Show your family those blood sugar results. And tell them that improvement is reason alone for you to avoid really carby things because they will mess up your blood sugars and will eventually kill you! Congrats on your improved blood sugars and I wish you continued success. We had one member who was able to get off her diabetic medications completely, but following this diet.
