| 16 lbs.! That's awesome!!!!!! Yesterday I finished my 2 weeks, but I'm staying on induction too. I've gotten pretty used to it. Have you? The only things I am tempted by (when I see them) are things I still wouldn't be able to eat off of induction. So, why stop?!

| Great job!!!! Don't stay on induction too long as climbing the rungs is an important part of Dr. Atkins plan. If you follow the book you will still lose! I know..I did it. And the first rung is only add 5 more carb grams of vegies. Nothing wrong with a little extra time on induction but don't forget it isn't all about losing it on induction. Adding some variety to your menu choices is great too.
