| yep there are several causes but the most common one can be you have flushed you electolytes with all the water drinking and not replacing them with good food choices. you can add as Dr Atkins says potassium,magnesium and calcium and see if they go way.

| They are horrible, aren't they? Used to wake me up in the middle of the night last time...I added the supplements 2big says and they went away... but this time I am vigilant in getting all my veggies in and I have not had that problem... so keep an eye on those as well! Good Luck and keep us updated

| Keep your fingers crossed, but I have not had bad leg cramps. Last time when I was on Atkins, I did have some minor ones, but I guess my brain finally caught up with me and decided that they were unecessary. LOL! Anyway, we are glad to have you here.

| Hey Jen! Potassium, calcium and magnesium is the way to go and works for me too. I'm glad you're having a good time here.
