| Hi thirty. Nice to see you back on the boards again. Good for you that you've enlisted your husband to be on your diet support team! Since he's going to be doing some of the shopping for you, you might want to print these out for him so he can double check anything he might want to 'impulse buy'. I know when I go shopping, I see foods that aren't on my shopping list, but are on sale or an in-store special. | ok i bought bacon with no sugar, and now looking at it, as a former WW girl, im feeling guilt even having the 4, 5 peices im frying atm. Is bacon limitied to 4ounces? i know its not organ meat however its in the same warning at the bottom of the page in my book so now im second guessing, tis been forever and a day since i first started it. ps Chicken wings, if i bake them with just spices until crisp, how many should i have? is there a limit? I have to ask as i love them.

| You eat the amount that satisfies your hunger. So if 2 slices of bacon satisfy you, that's all you eat. If 3 chicken wings satisfies you, that's all you eat. At this point your goal is to get into ketosis. Once ketosis kicks in your appetite will decrease. However, this doesn't give you the license to gorge on "legal" foods. Over-eating any food won't help you on this diet.
