| Looks like you did a good job controlling yourself you took all that stuff mixed it up and then only had 1/2 as your meal. Many folk express the anger issue during the early days as part of their withdrawals. if you have been eating clean try journaling your foods with your thoughts and see if any thing is a triggering device be it a food a place or a person. Once you see the pattern you can control the trigger and eliminate it. you can try eating more of your proteins with high tryptophan levles as this is the protein our brains use to make the feel good brain chems. Love your workout watching tv plan.

| Thanks 2big, i made 2.5 lbs of meat but before i would eat the whole thing in one sitting without stopping to make sure i am still hungry. As for the exercise lol i figure if they can work out 3-6 hours a day lol i can do the elliptical during the show even if i have to rest during commercials. So i am trying sit up between

| good for you. I saw a great lightweigh boxer and he said watching tv or just sitting was a great time to do situps and he would lift his thighs up to his chest the whole time the show was on and demonstatred how to do them sitting on the interview couch. the knowing you are not hungry DANDR learning experiment thing needs a stop eating, wrap it up, and walk away line cause if you sit looking at it you will never think you are not hungry. I have been amazed doing my Atkins at just how little it takes to satisfy hunger. I have sat to eat gotten 2-3 bites in and been interupted come back 20 min later thinking man this is going to taste great only to realize I'm not hungry and need to put it away for later.

| Exercising while watching tv is a great idea. I went thru my pilates dvd one day and wrote down each exercise, and how many reps, and I now do it sometimes without the dvd, but while watching tv. good for you for avoiding the pizza! there are alot of low carb foods that can satisfy a craving for a high carb food...

| Dear Abstract, you did great! especially compared to me. I have been having a really bad week, but yeasterday I was feeling miserable it was raining, my treadmill is broken, my dd is home sick from school, my monitor died, my bathrooom floor is still in pieces, and I feel bloated, I was totally disgusted. It started with a protient shake,( I added peanut butter to the mix with cream cheese, cocoa, vanilla, cream, and whey protient),that would have been fine except I then I cut up mellon for my ds so I had some. After I went food shoping, and bought one of those atkins candy bars with nuts. I ate the whole thing. AT dinner I had 2 turkey roll ups with 2 wedges of melon. I am sure I went over my ccl so today I started the day eating a pork chop (it was the only thing cooked ,and I didn't want to bother, I am in a foul mood) Thank goodness I didn't weigh myself so at least I'm still in the no weigh challenge. Anyway good luck

| Hi everyone, 2big, i am going to start trying to figure out when i am hungry and when i am not. A LOT of times its simply me wanting to put food in my mouth. So i am starting with halving most things that i make and working from there. Thanks for the tips on the situps. I have 28327283924624294438463 exercise tapes from pilates to walking to the Firm to taebo lol.. i like your idea of pilates while watching TV, i think i will get back into that also and do that when me and the devil machine are fighting lol that way i can ignore it while not feeling guilty lol. Wow Pru, you have a lot on your plate, i am sorry about your mom. I hope you feel back in control soon. Pick your battles as my mom always tries and "learns" me lol. You haven't gone off plan to a detriment so to speak, so just take it one thing at a time. You did great with the pork chop, who care if you didn't feel like bothering with anything else, its not like you HAVE too. Don't let yourself feel too overwhelmed!!! Take care of you.

| Pru exercise while you stay on the puter! do some crunches while you wait for the page to load, stopm your feet and get some of that bad feeling out.
