| check out our FAQs and 14 day induction forum the induction rule 5 changed dramatically. no longer can you chose to make your own list of foods to arrive at your 20 carbs. you must eat only from the foods listed in the acceptable foods lists in chapter 11. exercise is mandatory, OWL has a carb ladder giving the order in which foods are added back to our plan. the sweetner of choice changed from Equal to Splenda. the other veggies are now measured raw as 1 cup counted in the carb limit are net not total now and several other changes

| Becky, I suggest checking your local thrift store(s) - you will most likely find multiple copies of the book and it'll only cost small change. I found 3 on my first shot at Goodwill, along with some other Atkin's books, and bought 2 for 50 cents each, so I have one at home and one at work for quick reference.
