| if you are in OWl rung 2 go for it but becareful since you don't know how it will effect you. you can purree some of your veggies and make soups too. if you have an upset stomach not feeding it will be fine as long as you are hydrating.

| Since this was posted in the 14 Day Induction Forum, I have to state the only dairy allowed on Induction according to Dr. Atkins is "cheese, butter and cream". Yogurt is not allowed, nor is milk, fresh cheeses like fresh mozzarrella, cottage cheese, etc.
