Met a Man today woohoo 
though i wish lol. Here's what happened, i had to get a break job today and dropped my car off at Firestone i had some time to kill (THREE hours!!) so i walked over to the mall to get some of my exercise done walking AROUND the outside of the mall. Before hand i wanted to eat somethig and so i was in line waiting for a bacon cheeseburg sans bum with lettuce, tomato and mayo mustard. A Man saw what i got and said all outloud and stuff.. OH you must be doing atkins. I will admit i was a little embarrassed NOT because of atkins but because i hate anything that draws attention to me and especially my weight. I laughed a lil and said yes, i am trying. He said. It works, i lost 95 lbs on it. I was like wow. I said congrats and asked him if exercise was involved (grumble hoping he said no lol). He said yes!! and laughed definitely. He also said to make sure you take your fiber and a GOOD vitamin. He also said you want a snack do it on pork grinds and pistachios. He said NO peanuts. I was utterly flabbergasted and very wowed. It great to put a face with a success idea in person, meeting this man today remotivated me .. he looked great!
