| I'm looking at a bottle of Crystal Light made with Splenda. 0 carbs and 0 sugars. Is this still okay? I've held off on drinking anything but water and green tea and will continue unless Crystal Light is fair game... |

| Personally, I stay away from it. The powdered form of Crystal Light contains maltodextrin & aspartame. Both can stall your weight loss.

| The bottled Crystal Light, which are sweetened with splenda are OK. However, keep in mind your 3 per day sweetener limit. Also, remember that Crystal Light doesn't replace water, only water counts as water when figuring your daily water intake.
