| Drink more water. Use mouthwash and brush throughout the day--especially after you eat. Be careful with the gum. Each piece counts as 1 carb and 1 of your allotment of 3 sweetners per day. Plus, the sweet taste alone will wreak havoc on your sweet tooth.

| Chewing parsley sounds gross, but works well.

| Just wanted to say that I have really bad taste and cotton mouth when I dont get enough water in. I am now drinking 100 oz a day minimum of 75 and I havent had that prob since. If i wake up and dont start drinking right away and a few hours pass, it happens again.

| I drink a ton of water and never noticed this - maybe try chewing on cinnamon sticks? BF recommended it when I stopped smoking and they make breath smell better.

| I think the only full-proof suggestion would be to drink a lot of water as the bad breath is induced internally rather than through something like food like you would with onions or garlic. It was my understanding that if you didn't urinate enough, it would come out with your breathing, hence the bad breath, but if you do drink enough water, you won't have nearly as much a problem with your breath. I may be wrong. |

| I don't have problems with bad breath...I think it's because I drink lots of ice cold water all day long, and I always have something like a lemon or lime slice in it. Perhaps that helps?
