| congrats on the great results you acheived. Now that you have seen what you can do with a little efort just imagine what you can do when you apply more. BTW if you haven't get your measurements cause when you hit the weights harder you may see some upward scale movemwnt as your muscles adjust to the increased load but the inches of fat will continue to be shed.

| Congrats. I hope you reconsider the part about sticking to Induction until the very end. The remaining phases of the diet teach you how to keep that weight off once you reach goal. It would be a shame to rush to goal, get there and blow up like a balloon because you don't know how to maintain your weight or know how your body reacts to various foods.
