Today at lunch I just had to get out of the office so I got together with a friend and went to Wendy's...I LOOOOOOVE WENDY'S. Their hamburgers are the best. I had 2 hamburgers and I removed the bread and asked them not to put any ketchup. I LOVED IT!!!!! I was so satisfied. My friend got a meal and once we were done she was feeling so tiered. What a difference.
Now I need to work on my motivation to go to the gym more often.
