| havce fun on rung one of OWL those veggies will add more varity right away just oh and if you haven't read the OWL stickies yet there is a typo in chapter 14 and it should say food not food group when it says to eat the new food no more then 3 times the first week. that also applies to foods new to you even after you have pasted that rung like if you don't eat frozen berries and miss blueberry season when they come back in season you eat them no more then 3 times the first week you get them so you can safely judge the blood sugar impact they will have on you. | mslili, I think it's great you are moving on up. I spent 4 weeks on induction and moved into OWL. I've lost 60 lbs going up the rungs of OWL!
