Default End of 1st week-2.7kg lost!!!!Thank you so much!!!

Today I finished my 1st week of induction and I had lost already 2.700kg.!!!
I really feel very proud cause this weekend my husband has called some of his friends to watch football and as usually they were eat all these foods....
Pizza, Ham, beers.....

He asked me first if this would be problem for me (he always support me), but I was thinking, "I must to use this, I must to be strong and to don't stop, so people managed to loose so weight, sure they would have a lot of temptations but they didn't stop" and I did it.

I didn't cheat at all, I drink my water, now I am drinking about 2.5lt a day without problem. (Thank you so much the people that help me to find a way to drink more water).

I really feel grate cause I lost so many kilos in one week, I now that the first week usually someone lost more water, but in anyway is a very good start and help me to feel much, much better.

I am in full energy, even without cofee and I start to gym yesterday.

For another time I want to thank this forum and all people that help us with your advices. The book is useful but the personal opinion people that they had did this diet and they had a success is different.

Thank you thouasand times.

Many kisses

Thank you so much all for your support!!!
Yesterday I was download the Fitday program. I am thinking that I was eat more fat and more protein last week. The carbs were allright. 78/60/20

Until yesterday I used the Atkins Carb counter for pc and I didn't count the fat and protein, only the carbs.
Now I am in the way to correct this. I show that the value must be 65/35/20 (fat/protein/carbs).

A simple menu that usually eat is:

Breakfast

Egg (omelet with Frankfurter chicken hom 4) 1 tabspoon olive oil+1/2 medium tomato.

Lunch

Pork medium chop, or Chicken 1 leg/thigh, or lamb medium chop, allways baked + 1 cup lettuse with 1/4 cup onion raw, cabbage with 1 glove garlic or 1 cup of cauliflower or radish 1 cup, or broccoli.
All with on tablespoon olive oil.

Diner

Usually tune canned in water, or salmon canned in water, or other fish or cheese (gouda, edam, feta) 60gr with salad as above.
If I eat fresh vegetables at lunch I eat boiled vegetables at diner with one tablespoon of olive oil.

I usually drink three decafeine coffee with heavy fluid cream (one teaspoon for each cup) without sugar.

2.5lt of water every day.

Many wishes to all of you.

woo hoo for you.

if you didn't already know it when starting a new to you exercise program your muscles will retain fluid until they leanr that new load on them will be their normal load on them. this can cause a scale issue ofr many but it will resolve soon and if you are worried you can aleays use your measurements to see the inches of fat being burned off you
