| A big Grizzly Hug!!! Congrats to you! As a chef, do not try to eat just cheese, eggs and meat. Tons of stuff on recipe board and ol' Griz can give great ideas. Induction can be rough. I failed after one week eating at a Fish Fry. Just a little won't hurt, DUHHHH! Had to start over but, now in control. Watch the little things. Good Luck, Grizzly

| Thanks everyone.... your support is priceless. Grizzly... I make sure that I am eating the allocated veg and salad allowance. As I am concerned that I would become constipated! lol. Also I try to vary my menu as much as possible... and to tell you the truth I really like induction food! |
