You should feed your hunger. Your caloric needs change based on your activity level. So on more active days, you will need more food than less active days. Learn to feed your hunger and you won't need to count calories. Also you'll learn to self-regulate your food intake. I know it sounds crazy, but believe me, alot of people have really wacky eating habits because we eat out of habit rather than out of need. your body won't let you starve. So if you are hungry eat. Now, I don't mean you should eat a 14 course meal. Eat a couple bites of a high fat snack. Wait about 30 minutes. And see if you are still hungry. The other thing you might want to try is to drink some water. Sometimes our bodies mistake hunger for thirst. So drink a glass of water. Wait about 30 minutes and see if you are still hungry/craving food. If not, then you were thirsty.
