Good day to all!!!

I must say that today it was a very difficult day for diet cause I celebrate my birthday.
You know so foods and cake and I to say no in all of these.
But really thanks to this forum, I found some very nice recipes so to eat a sweet and some tibits.

I cooked the moch danish sweet, really very nice and some tofu with cheese, and saltsa with meet and magioneza and some pepers,
and fauxtatoes, so delicious. All were better for the other foods!!!
Most of my friends prefer them for other tips.

So a very difficult day for everyone that do a diet was very easy and very tasty and without a lot of carbs!!!
And most of all without to feel bad with other people.

Deserthorn I will send some Greek low-carb recipes, I have two that I had already cooked and they were delicious.
I am try to translate them in English, as you all see my knowledge in English language is not the best so ....
