| I think a lot of people here use www.fitday.com to track the food we eat. It's free. You should be getting 3 cups of vegetables a day. That's necessary for the nutrients and fiber your body needs. I mention it only because you say you eat "very little mushrooms lettuce and peppers stuff like that".

| Yup, make sure you eat your veggies according to the rules of induction you can find in the FAQ forum. It sounds like you have some motivation though, so that's a good thing! I use Fitday to track my carbs, but if you are eating anything with a label on it, go with those carb values. Otherwise, I think there is an Atkins carb counter available from Atkins Nutritional. I have this one and it comes in a PDF you can download. I'll try to find the link for you.

| That's why it's important to measure your veggies. Tacking the food with Fitday, at least until you get used to it is a great thing to do. I get a little obsessed with it, but you can check mine out...in the siggy...if you'd like for some guidance. | Chris, Be sure and get the book, Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution, 2002 edition. Very important that you read and understand the rules. You can get one at thrift stores cheap or order it from amazon.com. |
