Cool confused

hey guys,

I just got some fresh pork sausage meat from the butchers and it doesnt have any info on it and im conserned that it has any carbs in it.

Does anyone else eat this and is it ok?

You're probably much better off actually getting it from that source than a packaged type. I would use the fitday amounts listed below. You'll probably need to adjust for the serving size. This is for Pork Sausage, fresh, raw.

I wouldn't worry about--if it's fresh, generally it has less stuff added to it and is healthier for you. I eat polish sausage from a local meat market quite often, and it hasn't affected me or stalled me.

and next time ask the butcher if he adds any sugars to it. if you are in the US they have to have the ingredients posted somewhere.
