| Mmm, unfortunately, calories don't matter. Do you know how many carbs are in each one? It really depends on your body what will happen as a result. It may knock you out of ketosis, it may have a minimal impact. Exercising certainly helped. No doubt. But the best you can do is just pretend like it never happened, and keep going as you were. Hope it didn't mess you up too bad! Happy low carbing!

| don't worry abuot it just keep going with your Atkins knowing the CCLL charts and resitance types charts ibn the book will not be acurate foryou. If you feel your appetite suppression or cravign control is not working as it did yesterday then do another day of induction before moving to OWL. try to see if you had any foods or events that triggered your wanting of those cookies and of so you know right now you need to avoid that situation again.
