Angry last day of induction and I blew it =(

Hi All,

I was doing SO well the past 13 days - ate right, felt great etc.
and then all of a sudden, today, I ended up eating four chocolate chip cookies. I'm not even sure why or how it happened. But now I feel terrible about it. I keep telling myself it's only 4 chocolate chip cookies, and they were those 100 calorie-per-cookie kinds, so it's not that bad. But I'm worried I've set myself back. Any advice on what I should do?

p.s - I DID, howver, work out today, long and hard. maybe that'll compensate for it?

Mmm, unfortunately, calories don't matter. Do you know how many carbs are in each one? It really depends on your body what will happen as a result. It may knock you out of ketosis, it may have a minimal impact. Exercising certainly helped. No doubt. But the best you can do is just pretend like it never happened, and keep going as you were.

Hope it didn't mess you up too bad!

don't worry abuot it just keep going with your Atkins knowing the CCLL charts and resitance types charts ibn the book will not be acurate foryou.

If you feel your appetite suppression or cravign control is not working as it did yesterday then do another day of induction before moving to OWL.

try to see if you had any foods or events that triggered your wanting of those cookies and of so you know right now you need to avoid that situation again.

Thank you - I'm just going to pick up where I left off and maybe extend induction for another day or two. Hopefully itwon't mess up my progress - thanks so much for the advice!
