Default End of second week of induction - 4 kg down!!!

Good day to all!!

I can't believe that I've made it to day 14 of induction and it wasn't even that hard. In fact, after the first two days, it was extremely easy.

I won't be going far, just in the next thread (extended induction) because I'm going to stay on induction until to loose about 20kg that is my first goal and then probably go to rung one of owl and sit for awhile there.

As I was read in book I am a person with medial metabolic resistance but in anyway I don’t care. I am not thinking the Dr. Atkins’s diet like only a diet but as a new life style.

So I don’t care for the time that I will loose my weight, in the start I had in my mind to loose it in about 8 months, but now I am thinking that the time isn’t so important.

The most important thing is to be healthy and to feel good.

And I am really feel so good, I cut off so many bad habits, like coffee, sweets, a lot of bread and potatoes that usually I was eating every day!!

The import is that I don’t feel nervous, I am not feel hungry all the time, I drink so much water as long as never drank.

I want to thank you a for your support. You help me so much all in my first steps.
I wish to all of you the best in your lives.

We will meet you again in extended induction thread.

Kisses to all.

Anda

Hey Anda

I work that out as being about 9lbs lost? Well done - that is really good!

It's great to feel so much better isn't it?

Good luck with your extended induction.

Thank you all for your so kind words!!
I had already start the extended induction and I feel so nice!!
Today I receive and my new gym machine, the Lateral Thigh Trainer and I gym for about 15 min. (no so much but I haven't gym for a long time and as D. Atkins said in book is better to start gradually to gym.).
I must say that I tired a little in the start but after a while I field SUPER!!
I have to my mind to take an elliptic machine in the future, but I am think that this is good for the start.

Again I thank you a lot

Kisses to all, meet you in Extended thread.
Anda

Anda, that's great that you are doing your exercise. Do what you can. Each week do a few more...a few more minutes, or a few more repetitions, or maybe faster or whatever. Just push a little more each week. That's how you get better and better.

You're doing a great job!
