| I'm glad you've said that - I get laughed at in work for always having cardigans and sweaters hanging off the back of my chair - I'm always cold!! As I'm typing this now my fingers are cold!! lol!! I think it could possibly be our bodies "central heating system" losing all its insulation!! hehe!! good luck on induction jane x

| Ha! I remember one time my fingers were so cold that I sat typing at the computer with gloves on! (Nice to know there is someone else out there like me!)

| actually it has to do with burning fats for fuel. there is less waste energy given off as heat when fats are burned and not carbs so bundle up move around more and gerenate some extra body heat.
