| At a glance, I notice you have peanuts listed. Unfortunately they are not induction frienfly. Also, I don't see any vegetables listed either. You need to be getting 3 cups of allowed veggies into your daily menu also.

| For breakfast you can eat anything you like from the allowed list - so there is loads of choice other than eggs!! I dont think I have had eggs once for breakfast in 3 years or more. Try to have some of your veggies carbs at each meal or snack to spread them out across the day too - 2-3 cups from the 'salad veg' list including radishes, cucumber, peppers, celery and lettuces plus one cup from the 'other list' including broccolli & cauliflower if you only have 2 cups from the first list. You can have dressing on your salad if you choose fullfat ones with no added sugar as we do need to keep our fat intake up!
