| good for yuo !!!!!!! pleae do yourself a favor and stay off the scales until day 14 so you will not get frustrated by the day to day fluctuations in scale weight numbers as your body adjusts to the new eating, more fluids, and exercise.

| Thanks ya'll. I realy enjoy coming to this site. I feel a sense of belonging with all of the others who have struggled with weight loss. Today's weight was 173lbs... I know that I should stay off the scale(due to my body adjusting), but I have done this before and know that I may encounter that possibility. I have never been so charged with motivation and commitment as I am now! I'm ready for any frustrating moments, and I WILL NOT GIVE IN to defeat! | Be sure to take your measurements too. I've found that when the scale doesn't move, the inches are coming off.

| Reading this post definitely helped me. I was actually getting frustrated with the fact that my weight keeps fluctuating.. I am now on day 11. Have stayed fully committed, I will try and stay off that scale till day 14!. Good luck all.. we are in this together! |
