| If you take the batter/breading off, it's probably OK in a pinch, but it's always best to check ingredients and nutritional info...some places inject the meat with flavorings, fillers, and such...or marinade grilled meat in sugary stuff.

| Thank you.. I ate the naked chicken strips and I had some of the meat only from a regular piece. (no skin or batter). I also did the ketostix test tonight and it was pink, so I'm kind of excited. Does this mean that my body is now using it's fat stores? A friend in the medical community said that it was dangerous for the body to be in that state..? |

| no it's not dangerous. Ketosis gets confused with ketoacidosis, which is something different entirely and very dangerous...but you'll have to get someone like 2big4mysize to explain it better...
