| Snacks could be anything... Cheese (as long as you don't exceed the daily cheese limit) Veggies and a legal dip A chicken leg, etc. The most important thing about snacks is that you only eat it if you are hungry and are sure it's really hunger and not thirst. Alot of us eat out of habit or eat out of boredom. So if you eat a snack because you're bored or because you always eat a something at 2PM, that's not a good reason.

| I wasnt real big on snacks before, but I was getting kind of rumbly this afternoon, and was looking for ideas. Im not really sure why Im hungry either. I have been drinking lots of water today. |
