| Smoked Salmon should be ok as long as there are no hidden sugars and it's not just smoked flavoring (instead of actually smoked). If you can find the lable, that will tell you all you need to know. If I remember correctly, we're allowed 4oz of cheese a day.

| Nooooooooo - Don't eat it..... SEND IT TO MEEEEEEEEEE!!!! (If it does have a little flavoring added, consider it as having dressing on it and count the 1-2 grams carbs if you eat a lot of it. The ingredients should be on the package) |
