| According to the USDA, the above two cited food amounts would have actually put you at 13.78 total carbs - or 9.54 net - so you would definitely have a bit of carb leeway yet. Even for Induction. I've got a man's appetite, so for me the only thing worse than underestimating carb counts would be overestimating!

| I've had more carbs than just those two things though, my count was for everything I've eaten. Fitday put it at 21 net. Breakfast: 1/2 cup pumpkin 1 oz cream cheese 2 Splendas 2 boiled eggs Lunch: 2 boiled eggs 1 cup sliced cucumbers Snack: 1.5 oz ham 1 oz cheese Dinner: buffalo chicken wings ranch dressing Btw, Sheila... you look wonderful.... congratulations on your success! |

| Oh, goodness - my apologies for assuming this. Should have known you weren't surviving on pumpkin and cukes alone! lol If I could offer some advice: if it were me on Induction, I would throw in a salad with this dinner. 3 cups shredded Romaine contains only 4.65 total carbs - or 1.65 net. Not too shabby! By the way, are you in Germany, by any chance?

| Thank you so much, Sheila. I appreciate the advice! No, I've never been there. I'm in the U.S. - a midwestern Indiana girl. |

| I saw that on some else's signature and really liked what they had so I checked it out. You can get in the site using the English version. They really have some cute ones. |

| Hi Carina, yes I agree with everyone, Fitday is so good, I use it everyday. Try and watch the veggie lists for your induction. It's 2 cups of the first list and then after you've had those - 1 more cup of veggies from either list. The second list of induction veggies are the higher carbs and that's where you'll find pumpkin. hope that helps
