Day 3

I think maybe the worst has past and it wasn't that bad! I had a headache yesterday but I drank a ton of water and kept taking advil. Today I just feel kind of drained. I am sure it is a mild case of the 'flu'. Hopefully this will be as bad as it gets. I am looking forward to when I wake up in the morning full of energy and optimism...maybe tomorrow!

Yeah, if it's day three, then you're over the worst. The first two days during the Induction are always the hardest ones. Well, I really, really hope you will keep going well; won't cheat & feel good! Good luck!
