| i am new to this woe but i am wondering if you're getting enough fiber. the dandr talks about using fiber to aid with constipation. look on pages 75-76...do you have the book? he talks about using psyllium husks or coarse wheat bran or flaxseed. if you choose psyllium husks, like metamucil, be sure to use the sigar free stuff. personally, i've used metamucil and it tastes like tang...and it helps me not suffer from constipation. good luck! i hope this helps and you are able to find something that works for you. be sure you're drinking your water too.

| it takes a week for your stomach to handle the change if it continues you should take fiber don't forget your omega3 and flaux borage oil supplements hang in there

| A little more water will help to...It sounds like you are drinking as much as you have to, but maybe a little extra for a day or two will help?
