| Last night we had rib-eye's (splurged from the good meat market), green beans, and sauteed muchrooms and onions. Hubby and daughter had a baked potato. I thought I would miss it, but I enjoyed that I had and didn't even think twice about it. |

| We had corned beef fritters (sliced tinned corned beef dipped in beaten egg and fried) with some brussels sprouts and courgettes (zucchini)
