As Dr. Atkins states in the book this Way of Eating has a diuretic effect and you will lose a fair amount of water weight in the beginning. Enjoy it and keep up the AWESOME work! | Hi Kelly - You are doing GREAT! Just keep it up. I LOVE this WOE. It's pretty amazing to eat steak, shrimp, fried cheese, 'mock' danishes, real ice cream, all kinds of yummy yummy treats AND lose weight! Keep it up!
