| Get thru the first two weeks (14 days) and you'll be fine! That 'ughh gross' feeling will continue - believe it or not. And yes - franken foods are just that - something for the monsters in is.... Fresh, healthy choices are the best! WAY TO GO for your resistance so far!

| There are a lot of folks on here that can't handle the Frankenfoods either. Everyone has to find out what works for them individually and most of us do it by learning the hard way! I find that I do just great, especially during the TOM if I can have an Atkins Indulge bar every now and then. Where did you find SF Reeses and SF Hershy Bars? I haven't seen them in Florida and have been looking every time I go in a store for the 1 carb Reeses. I'm beginning to think y'all are pulling my leg and you're really eating the real bars and calling them SF? (I'm so gullible sometimes.) |
