| We are all putting in 5.00 a week and whoever loses the largest percent by the thrid of May will win the pot of money.. It is the biggest loser of the office. 80$ per person over 16 weeks. 400 is the winning prize at the end. So I will begin atkins with breakfast 2 hard bouled eggs with 4 slices of bacon lunch 1/2 stuffed pepper = 4 carbs & cucumber slices water water water dinner - cube steak with peppers onions and cheddar cheese walking 1/2 hour on my lunch and 1/2 hour of tae bo at night! So excited I will be the biggest loser.. Help me throught he cravings this is what kills me everytime, this is where I always quit! HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

| Hi Leah, Good to see you back It seems unfair to be competing against people not doing the Atkins diet! But it'll make some people think I imagine. You can beat those cravings! Some things I find help - go for a walk; have a decaf coffee and cream or some cheese (if got carb allowance left); brush your teeth; make a list of why you are doing this. Best of luck |
