It' s great isn't it. LOL I know sometimes i feel like i am cheating yet the weight keeps coming off. I so love this board! |

Mmmmm eggs and bacon, sausage and cheese. Trust it. I've eaten this way and my cholesteral has fallen 53 points, I've lost 75lbs and feel FANTASTIC!

That's what I like about Atkins...all my life I thought fat was my enemy, but it's really my greatest ally! Well I still am NOT friends with the fat on my body...but it's being evicted.
