| Thanks so much for the info, sweetgirl2! I will just eat my normal atkins-type foods (chicken wings, small salad, a little cheese, etc.) and see where that puts me at the end of the day because right now, you would think i snack on sticks of butter looking at the chart, ha ha...way too much fat in the foods I've eaten today apparently.
