| Hello Helen, welcome to ADBB! Have you read Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution? We refer to the 2002 version at this site. I love eating lowcarb and doing Atkins. I am absolutely so much healthier in mind body and spirit.

| Hello all, I am back after failing twice. Cant say this time is different, but whereas I couldn't last 2-3 days. I have now restarted as of 1/2/07 and have not even wavered as to cheating. I am a sorry sad case, but I wont give up........lol Good luck all. Every year me and some friends of mine plan a vacation in a place where we can tour and see things we never seen. Last year, my heart broke as me and my friend had to hide the fact that we could not buckle our seatbelts on the plane. We were just too big! Not this year, I wont have it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

| I had a experience knda like that. I went with my family to Knotts berry farm, it's like disneyland. We got on the newest, coolest roller coaster, and guess what? I didn't get to ride cuz my seatbelt wouldn't buckle. I thought i was gonna die getting off the ride and everyone was looking at me crazy. I cried later that night when i got home. I think that was my ultimate low inlife. I'll tell you what though. It won't happen again. Quote:
