Default One More Try

I was inspired by someone who lost 18 pounds during induction. I was motivated, but I know everyone is different. I'm going to try ONE MORE TIME. I'm going to commit to the 14 day induction. I said before that I'm a veg and dairy head. I've received loads of support from this board. I will post everyday for encourgagement. I will post my menu for the day. So feel free to tell me what I'm doing wrong or right. I will be totally honest. I CAN go 14 days with out milk in my tea. I CAN go 14 days with out fresh lemon and suger in my tea. I CAN go 14 days WITHOUT pasta and potatoes . So what's my problem? I would like to loose about 50 pounds by June. So here goes it. Monday, 01.08.07, I will RESTART induction. It's only 14 days. What's my problem? I have my sticks, I really got kick out of it when they changed. If you loosers can do it, I know that I can. Please, don't get me wrong, I mean loosers in a GOOD WAY! Wish me luck.

I have no doubt you'll be successful! I'm starting my second week of induction and trust me, it gets easier! You can go without all of those foods once your body breaks its addiction. I read something great on Sugar Free Sheila's site...if you really want to cheat, eat the food naked in front of a mirror.

Also...use fitday!!! It has helped me so much.

NAKED! ARE YOU MAD?! THAT ALONE IS A SICK SITE. I realized how bad I looked when I was in Fashion Bug trying on pants. What a sickening site. Lumpy, bumpy, flab. Thanks for the support.
