Default Please help...

I veered off my diet a couple of months ago, luckily I haven't gained much weight back, but after losing over 60 pounds since June I definitely don't want to go back, but every day I try to start it becomes so hard to commit back it it, the cravings hurt more than when I first started. Please help.

You just have to want it bad enough to start for REAL, and you have to put your foot down and say "today is the day!"

I know it isn't easy, and I know it doesn't feel good for those first few days...but focus on one day at a time, and visualize your goal--make your desire to be healthy and thinner STRONGER than those nasty carbs.

Is there a way you can ditch the "bad" foods--throw them out, give them away, SOMETHING to keep you from falling off the wagon?

Start this instant...don't wait for tomorrow or your next meal. Start with your next bite. Drink your water. Read your DANDR. Eat high-fat snacks and balanced meals.

You've done it before, you can do this now!

HI! I think you need to make up your own mind about starting. This is not easy, but if you want it - you will sail through this. Make a list of the pros and cons. If you have done this before you know that when you are eating, fresh, wholesome foods how good you felt!

There are supplements you can take for cravings, but the best thing is to STOP eating the foods that are causing your cravings! It will be much easier after just a few days. You can do ANYTHING for just a few short days! This is your health and happiness we are talking about here! What sugar ladden junk food is more important than that?

You could do what I did and just say - I'm going to do this today! And DO it! After a few days, there was no going back for me!

Good Luck and I wish you the best!!!

I know from experience how hard it is to start this a second, third, even a fourth time...putting it off another day because heck, what's one more day, right? Well, that's what got me this fat in the first place and it ain't pretty.

Read through the boards here whenever you get a craving. Post. Pick up your DANDR and read it. Check the package of whatever it is that you crave and just look how many carbs are in it. Take it just one day at a time. Then tomorrow, do it again. Before you know it, you'll have your 2 week induction under your belt!

You can do this! I know it!
